Release N:OW is a joint initiative launched in 2025 by politzek.me, FreeBelarusPrisoners – Association of Relatives of Political Prisoners and Former Political Prisoners, and Taskforce Belarus e.V. (Berlin, Germany).

Taskforce Belarus e.V. acts as the Data Controller under GDPR/DSGVO.

  • Your country or location
  • Your organization (optional)
  • IP address and browser information (automatically collected)
  • Confirmation time and IP (for double opt-in forms)

Additionally, technical data may be collected automatically by cookies and analytics tools.

  • To analyze website usage via Google Analytics (aggregated, anonymized statistics only)

  • Google may process data on its servers in compliance with European standards (Standard Contractual Clauses – SCCs).
  • Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled.

  • Form data – until the end of the campaign or deletion request
  • Analytics data – up to 14 months in aggregated form
  • Unconfirmed double opt-in data – deleted automatically after a short period

Our website uses different types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies – required for basic site operation (e.g. WPML language preferences, secure form submissions).
  • Functional cookies – improve performance and usability (Cache Enabler, Autoptimize, Yoast SEO – no personal data tracking).

We do not use cookies for advertising or social media tracking.
